John E. Bokosky, M.D., F.A.C.S. (Medical Director)

Dr. Bokosky is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who focuses on cornea and external diseases, cataracts as well as refractive surgery. Named a “Top Doctor” by his peers in the San Diego Medical Society numerous years, Dr. Bokosky is on staff at several hospitals throughout San Diego. He has held other local leadership positions, including serving as the medical director for the San Diego Eye Bank and the former chief of ophthalmology at Scripps-Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. Neil T. Choplin, M.D.

Dr. Choplin is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a special interest in glaucoma and visual fields. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Choplin has authored numerous scientific articles, textbook chapters and textbooks, and has presented his work over 100 times. He is an active member of local and regional ophthalmology organizations and is the Past President of the San Diego County Ophthalmological Society. He is currently the President of JCAHPO, Joint Commission of Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.

Dr. Choplin is also a decorated retired Captain in the United States Navy Medical Corps. He served as the director of the glaucoma service, residency director, and chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. Learn More!

Dr. Julazadeh is a primary eye care physician with a doctorate in Optometric Medicine from southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, Calif.
